A decadent artisan cookie created and fresh baked in-house by a small bakery in northern Wisconsin,  the Pollen in Love cookie is one you won’t want to pass up. A cinnamon toast crunch and honey graham cereal base, mixed with white chocolate and house coffee cake. Stuffed with a Hansen honey buttercream, and then topped with a white chocolate and honey shell, and cinnamon and sugar crystals. These cookies are made fresh and small batch at the Butcher Shop Bake Company, a popular local bakery in Rhinelander WI.
